Licensed psychotherapist in ca & az
clinical SUPERVISOR
I know healing is possible because I’ve experienced it.
-
I specialize in supporting creatives, artists and entrepreneurs in Los Angeles who are navigating:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Burnout and creative fatigue
Imposter syndrome
Childhood trauma and complex family dynamics
These specialties aren’t just areas of study—they’re lived experiences. I’ve felt the overwhelm, the pressure to succeed, the moments of self-doubt. But I’ve also experienced healing, and I’m here to help you do the same.

I believe therapy starts with real connection. I show up as a human first, therapist second. The goal? For our sessions to feel less like a formal appointment and more like talking to a trusted friend—one who listens deeply, supports you fully, and calls you out (lovingly) when needed.
My approach combines:
Relational, person-centered care
Gentle but honest goal-setting
A mix of soul-searching and laughter (because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy)
We’ll start by easing what’s most painful in the present, then explore how past patterns and childhood experiences may still be shaping your relationships, self-worth, and identity today.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Special FX makeup artist. Creativity has always been in my blood. Later, I returned to school and earned my degree in mental health—and in that transition, my creative life took a backseat. Eventually, I realized I didn’t have to choose.
Now, I blend my passions for mental health advocacy and design through a clothing line dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
As a fellow creative and business owner, I understand:
The highs and lows of turning a vision into something real
The grind of working in industries that often undervalue your labor
The emotional weight of building a brand or business while trying to maintain a balanced life
As a designer, I understand the beauty that is creativity. I know the satisfaction of seeing your vision come to life. I also understand how difficult it can be when society doesn’t give your hardwork a lot of merit. We are made to feel our work doesn’t matter if we aren’t rich and famous. It can be discouraging, confusing and overwhelming all at the same time. Trust me, I get it!
