I specialize in working with women and couples in Los Angeles who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others. My work focuses on relationship therapy, couples counseling, and attachment-based therapy for those seeking deeper, more secure connections
Sometimes, the places where we feel most vulnerable and want to feel seen, safe, and chosen are the same places we tend to feel stuck and disconnected.
My Areas of Expertise:
Together, we'll slow things down to discover what contributes to these patterns and how they present themselves in your life and your relationships.
From there, we begin creating space for you to learn and apply the tools you need to feel more connected to yourself and more secure with others.

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity about each person’s lived experience. I want to understand who you are, how you move through the world, and what your experience has been like along the way. As a therapist, I take a collaborative and client-centered approach, honoring your unique perspective and following your lead.
A through line in my work is the belief that each of us carries our own natural rhythm - our own personal way of working, resting, reflecting, and responding to our environment. Anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and the accumulation of unmet needs have a way of pulling us out of that rhythm, which can leave us feeling distant from ourselves in ways that are hard to name.
We will work together to help you connect with and honor that rhythm rather than pushing against it. Therapy with me is a safe place to deepen your connection with yourself while building a life that feels more [2-3 words that describe how you specifically want clients to leave therapy with you feeling].

Before becoming a therapist, I spent XX years in the entertainment and fashion industries. Throughout that time, I found myself drawn to conversations about beauty standards, body image and the high-pressure nature of these environments where it’s easy to lose parts of yourself in others’ expectations. I also began to see myself in many of the conversations I was having around loss and disconnection.
My parents divorced when I was young, and I was primarily raised by my mother while my father lived across the country. Although I learned to cope with his absence, I came to understand later in life how those early life experiences were impacting my adult relationships.
As I moved toward work that felt more aligned with my values, I was also coming to terms with my own experience of being childless. Processing he grief and stigma surrounding that reality, helped expand my perspective into a deeper appreciation for the many ways a meaningful and fulfilling life can take shape, both within and beyond motherhood.
Through my own experience in therapy, I began to understand that when we make sense of our wounds, we feel less stuck and can move forward with intention. The things that feel most personal often begin to shift when they’re brought into the light and understood as part of a much larger, shared human experience.
This is where our work begins - with making sense of what’s been carried, and not having to hold it alone.
