My approach to therapy is rooted in collaborative, person-centered, narrative care with a trauma-informed and intersectional therapy approach. As someone who has learned to advocate for myself, speak my truth, and shape my life around my personal desires, I know how transformative therapy can be.
I'm passionate about empowering you to connect with yourself on a deeper level because no one knows your story better than you, and no one should have the power to write your story for you.
I lead every session with a humanistic approach grounded in unconditional positive regard and non-judgment, while also integrating aspects of CBT and DBT to offer concrete tools as needed.
I believe true healing begins when you feel safe to say the quiet parts out loud.

My personal experience with therapy began when I was 13 years old. It was the first time I had ever felt safe, empowered, and entitled to speak my truth without judgment. Therapy helped me boost my self-esteem, advocate for myself, and write my own story.
Through therapy, I was able to shift my perspective from taking a path that felt "assigned" to embarking on a journey that felt aspirational. This fuels my passion to empower other BIPOC teens and young adults to integrate confidence, authenticity, and graciousness into every aspect of their lives.
